We live around the Great Pond area near the South Shore. We use Mario's Water and have always been very happy with the service. A truck load is about $325 now but not 100% sure.

If you drink your cistern water or have a swimming pool then you should buy distilled water (WAPA water). Otherwise you can buy well water for about 2/3 the price of distilled water. I typically use Marco (340-7781035) for water deliveries to properties all over the island and they offer truckloads of 3300, 4300, or 5300 gallons, with the 5300 gallons being the cheapest per gallon. The 5300 gallons of distilled water currently costs $390 but they may add a surcharge If the property is difficult to get to. They typically deliver water the same day you order it and will either hook up their truck hose to an outside connection on a cistern downspout or remove your cistern cover and put the hose directly into the cistern. They are typically at the property for about 1/2 hour to run hoses and offload a truck and you normally pay the driver by check once they are done. I have also used Marios but I believe their truck only holds 3000 or 3300 gallons, which is why their price may be lower.

We've used Mario's for years and enjoy his good service and competitive prices. We just had a load this week and because his bigger truck is out of service now, we paid $275 which is fair. His number is 340-773-2810.
