Need more info about Mon Bijou in St Croix

Thanks. Yes, I do need to do research. I am getting a lot of good feedback here. I have indeed talked to a realtor, and the realtor was steering me away from Mon Bijou by stating, "that's not the best of neighborhoods."

Maybe the realtor hasn't been to the states. I would say a neighborhood is not the best if, like here, there are gangbangers hanging out in front of the stores where no one wants to enter, graffitti is on the building & houses (here, graffitti is also on sidewalks, streetsigns, freeway-highway signs, cars, trucks, buses, trains...), people sitting in the yard drinking 40 oz beers then throwing the bottles in the street, almost all are drug addicts that will steal anything not nailed down...
