Hey-
I'm wanting to move to the islands maybe in Sept. or Oct. I'm a 22 yr old single female, hair stylist (among other talents), easy going and possibly looking for a roomate or two. I do live better amongst males and don't know much about the island yet. I'm relocating from Breckenridge, CO. I'm also looking for any advice or help in the best way to locate a job. If you think you might be able to help, feel free. I always have an open ear.

if you've got the time, a couple of us planning the same thing are heading down around june 2nd to check things out. airfare is cheap, so if you've never taken the trip you should try and get down there. otherwise, leave your email, we are setting up a boatload of people wanting to make the move.

Accually, I'm taking the month of June off to figure it all out. If I went on the 2nd, I'd have to be back by the 8th, but after the 16th, I have until July 1st.

I'm interested as well, send me some info about your plans, if you would. It sounds neat that alot of people around the younger ages are moving. I'm 18 right now and i'm looking into moving there this summer if possible so please email me if you are looking for a roommate or someone else to go along.

David - You know you should check into the University there. I am assuming you are going to college? Or are you just planning on going in the summer's to STT?

I think we are planning on going from the second to the 8th. Are you saying that you would rather go till the end of july so you could spend more time?

Yeah, I can't go until the 15th. I'll probably go then to check it out. I think I might stay for 4 days or so. If you wanted to meet up, that would be cool, but I can't get down there until than.

When are you moving out there? Are you going to St thomas? Well I just got back, found some good opportunities and am leaving again on the 11th of May to stay for good. Maybe when you take your trip out there, I can be of some help. Hopefully i will be beginning to settle. I might take a temporary job on St John where they house you in exchange for four hours of work a day. I am little up in the air about what I am doing. Oh well, it is kind of exciting. Where are you staying when you visit? Where do you plan on working? living? Write me back when you can...
