Thanks for the web address, we are interested, but we have a chihuahua and a cat. I really need long term accomodations for them. Thanks for your help, but I can not leave my babies in Houston.

Nikki, wish we could help but it is a condo rule that renters can't have pets. We have 2 chihuahua ourselves. The condo lets owners have pets but not renters. So, we understand not wanting to leave the pets. Good luck!!!

Sad to say we are not on island. Have to work a few more years in Idaho/Montana before we spend more time on STX.
We have a management company that helps us with the condo, she can show it to you. Her name is Deb Witcraft with ReMax, he number down there is 713-8372 or toll free from the states 877-657-8372.

Hi Linda from Michigan, great to hear your rates are reasonable to fix the %$%$# computer, but the travel up here to Montana might add to the rate. Sad to say we don't live on island, we have the condo to rent out until I retire.

Considering I am really liking it here and am even putting off my return trip to clean up loose ends, it would be REALLY costly! LOL!

I work for the US forest service & my wife has a couple home computer businesses. Working for the day we get to spend winters on STX & summers on Bull Lake along the Cabinet Mt Wilderness. The best of both worlds!!

Is your rental still available? We will be down mid-August and will be there for at least two years. However, we do have a small dog (about 20 lbs) and a cat. We are a soon to be married couple from NYC. My fiance will be working at the law firm of Rohn and Cameron in Christian stead. Is your place near there?

Hi sissem, sorry it took a couple days to respond. Been on va-k on the middle fork salmon river. Our place is stil for rent & minutes from Christeniansted, but the condo complex does not allow renters to have pets. Owners yes, but renters no & owners only 1 pet under 20 lbs. This seem to be a sticky point for lots of folks coming down to the island. wish we could help. Good luck!

I don't have any pets....well, unless my guy counts as one....

Sandra Davis has 2 nice one bedrooms she just showed me. They are in Frederiksted - very nice. and under $600.

Look up the Avis in the VI Phone book - $19.00 gets you a month subscription off island.

When you get down on island, call Deb at 713-8372, she is a rental manager for us & can show you the condo. Hope you like it. We sure do.
