Hello, I am 24 years old from Boston, and moving to the virgin islands Oct 1st. A little nervous moving there myself. I am trying to find a furnished apartment, i have found a couple but i def will need to be near the main town, for i will not have a vehicle on the island. Any ideas where i could stay for a few days until i find an apartment? Any idea's would help greatly!

Good luck with the move--take your time finding an apartment as the contracts are usually long and the up front money significant [first, last, deposit]. I know that the Mafolie will also do short term rentals so check them out--they should be reopened by beginning of October. You'll quickly meet people here so don't worry about moving solo, just be sure to choose the right area that suits your needs and budget. Feel free to PM or e-mail me with any questions you may have.
