Hi!
I'm moving to St. Croix (Christiansted) very soon - within the next two months. I need a room to rent, apartment, or some place to live long-term for me and my spunky kitty. I'm 22 years old, very laid back, open minded, kind, and friendly. Tink is almost 2 years old, puppy-like in that she fetches, wags her tail when she's happy, and loves to play. We're both potty trained, and we both have our claws still. =)
We're looking for a place that is affordable first and foremost, as we'll just be starting out in the new land! Please let me know any tips, hints, secrets, or otherwise helpful information.

awesome! where are you moving from and why did you choose st. croix? cats aren't hard to find places with. How much is your maximum per month amount for rent/utilities/etc...will you be working or looking for work?

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
I have a small apt. complex 3 miles west of Christiansted. I may have a one bedroom available when you need at $850 per month, plus elec. and water. Dish TV and internet are included. It is also possible I will have a studio at $750. We offer short term rentals too, so it is possible I could get notice at any time of an opening in a smaller unit.
We highly recommend you have transportation to live here. That goes for almost everywhere on STX, not just our apartments.

No, Speedy.. I had a friend with a kitten who looked like a special effect. Until then, I had thought all kittens were cute.
