Hello everyone -
First post on the board. We're in the final stages of building a small place on St. John and my basement is ready to be purged of 18 months of accumulated appliances, furniture and other odds and ends. It should fill a 20' container to the brim! I've contacted Managed Freight and Top of the Line Transport from the VI Moving center section, but wanted to get recommendations from anyone who has had experience with these guys and recommend anyone else that can manage the shipment from Atlanta, GA area all the way to my pad on Mamey Peak on St. John.
Any suggestions/recommendations/warnings are greatly appreciated!

We are in the process of moving to STJ as well and found Tropical Freight to be the best bang for the buck. We are moving down from NC.

I did talk to them, but they didn't seem to want to handle all the pieces for me... I'm willing to pack the thing when the guy shows up, but maybe I was talking to the wrong person. Did they say they'd handle excise taxes, customs clearing etc.?
