Hey, so I had the choice to move to st thomas or saint Croix. I only had a day to choose so I picked saint Croix. Im just hoping I made the right decision. Ill be moving for one month then relocating for a while in may. I'll be working in christiansted. I've been reading the buses are not reliable. My problem is I wont have my car for the 1st month. I just need some advice? What other ways can people get to work and are the buses that bad? Also does anyone know of places that will rent for a month? I just need help lol.

Check the classified section of this forum for available rentals on STX. There seems to be lots of them.
You can also post your requirements on Craig's List.
Can't your company that you shall be working for in STX help you with such info?

Thanks i will. They are going to give me some information later on. I just feel like im being thrown in the Lions den. Is it easy to commute from one island to another? Do they have ferries?

No, it's not easy unless between St Thomas and St John which are 15 minutes by ferry from each other. St Croix is 40 nautical miles away from STT/STJ, there is no ferry service and the only way to get between them is by air.
