We are up in the States right now and all of the Sears/ Kmarts in our area have closed. If I had a choice I prefer Target over Walmart but Walmarts seem to be better in smaller communities.

Was at KM west today and the sales didn't look like it was s going out of business sale.
If they're liquidating mainland stock, glad they're not trying to sell winter coats

Anyone venture into either of the Kmarts on STX lately? Wondering if they had any damage or are doing a brisk business or are sinking further into the abyss or maybe they are closed due to no power.

I was in the Sunny Isle one the other day. Looked like business as usual to me, except their system that processes credit cards seems to be going in and out more often.
Not uncommon in a lot of places since Maria though.
They had the Castrol GTX I couldn't find anywhere else on-island (I want to take good care of that old generator right now).

saw yesterday that all the stores in Canada were closing and 12,000 people will be out of work. But only 3 cashiers
