WOW
How amazing to see these guys come up from the Chile mine after 69 days. The oldest miner was just pulled out. 63 years old.

Not too often that "Breaking News" is good news. Can you imagine seeing your family member come up the mine shaft after 69 days?

Not to make light of the serious nature of the miners being trapped for so long but you have to admit it is entertaining seeing the individual responses from the miners as they emerge from the capsule. I wonder what will happen to the men that have both wives and mistresses waiting for them, I read that one man has 4 women waiting for him up on top!!!

Exceptionally good news considering the original time estimate for getting them out was Christmas if my memory is correct.

I found this illustration that Newsweek did. All supplies needed to sustain life were wenched up and down in a 3" wide canister.

Very cool!
