Medical care for Veterans on St. Croix
My son is coming is coming to visit for a while. He is a medically disabled veteran. Should he have medical concerns while on St. Croix, is there a clinic for military or Veterans on St. Croix.
Thank you.
Tammy
In that little strip mall in Barren Spot.
Most vets that I know have to go to PR for any hospital care. A friend did get a voucher for a colonoscopy at the hospital here.
Thanks janeinstx. I found it. Just what I was looking for.

Are there VA clinics on the other islands? I am a Veteran as well, and am considering relocating down there, but haven't decided which island yet.
What "other islands"? There is a VA clinic on St Thomas and for many procedures they refer you to Puerto Rico. The VA covers some flights to PR but you may have to register with them first.
The poster is obviously asking about clinic locations on St Thomas and St John. There was a rural clinic on St John but I'm not sure if it's still operating and believe veterans on St John now utilize the VA clinic on St Thomas:

I am not going to speculate or assume what OP meant by other islands.
The OP asked about STX. The later poster asked about "the other islands". It's a USVI forum, no need to "speculate". 😀
I answered the question for St Thomas, because I know what's available.
Thanks all, I did in fact mean the other VIs
