Where would I find maps of St. Croix-specifically I am looking to have a better understanding of island as a whole as well as "neighborhoods," i.e. Peter's Rest, Whim, Cotton Valley etc.

Here is a link to a map of STX that will show you where shopping centers, public offices, etc. are located. Click on the interactive map link on the upper left hand corner of the page and then keep zooming in on STX.
