We were trying to open a recording studio in St. Croix at the time I secured this apartment. I was really afraid to give the apartment out to a destructive person. We are trying to establish a new office in Lagos Nig now so my apartment will be open for 2 years 7 months starting now as I am away.

The utility bills are included in the monthly rent of $600, they are the wireless Internet, Satellite Cable TV, Electricity, Heating. The washer and dryer are right inside the apartment, the AC is three horse-powers. If you are staying for up to 1 year an upfront 2-month rent will be paid covering the first 2 month that you will rent the apartment. And if you are staying for bellow 5 months 1-month rent will be paid for the first 1 month you will occupy the apartment.

The apartment has charming on-sight beams and finely selected furnishings, this 75sq.mt apartment offers a refined ambience with a true charm. The front door opens up directly into the day area, welcoming guests into a spacious living room with large windows and furnished with double sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and a rectangular glass-top dining table which extends into a round table to comfortable sit up to 6 dinner guests. A leather screen hides the opening to the niche where the modern and fully equipped separate kitchen is, complete with all necessities including a dishwasher and a combo micro-oven.

The sleeping area offers a bright and spacious double bedroom furnished with a charming chest of drawers by a small leather armchair matching the leather bed frame. Two doors in the room hide two further areas: the walk-in closet, large and well lit and complete with a washer-dryer; and the en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large stall shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The apartment key is right here with me. I already said as much as I can right now and would need to know if you are fine with my total rent.

Nice scams! a/c units aren''t measured in HP either! On these islands it is best to stay in a guest house first while searching for an apartment. Do not get roped in to something that sounds nice.

Not a a/c guy, but a 3 hp compressor is what 80,000 BTU of air conditioning(could be wrong here).
What I`m saying is, a 3 HP compressor is a huge air conditioner for what, 800 sq.ft.

Here in the USVI where we must purchase power from WAPA, A/C is always measured in TONS(of $$$$).

What i`m asking, is what would a 3 HP compressor cool, how many sq. ft.?
