LR: You're a gem and I'm so sorry you're leaving but I understand why. You and Teresa in one fell swoop! I hope we can do the lunch you mentioned but I know time is of the essence. I'll call you Monday AM to see what we might do but I'm really writing this to let the forum regulars know that Loyal Reader, hubbie and soon-to-be child are out of here next week, so let's at least give them all a most heartfelt forum send-off and hope that not only will LR continue to be a part of the forum but that the family will eventually be back here!

Boy, has this been a sad day to learn that Loyal Reader, Teresa and both of their families will be leaving the islands. Even though I'm certain both are making the best possible decisions on needing to go, I join with STT Resident in hoping that LR will also remain an active part of this forum -- losing LR would certainly leave a void!
LR, I wish you happiness as you move ahead, and offer congratulations on the impending arrival of a healthy new addition to your family. I've enjoyed your contributions to the conversations we have here very much, and hop0e that we haven't heard the last from you. Here's to a smooth transition and a life of contentment and fulfillment.

Thank you for letting us know. LR, your advice and comments have also been valuable. Please have good luck with your move! Also, when your settled come back and visit us on the board and let us know what is happening with you and yours. Thank you for the time you spent and direction you've given.

Hey LR, sorry to hear you're leaving. I won't have anyone to duscuss threading and waxing with now! What does the future hold for internet service on the islands now? I hope your move is successful. Where are you moving to?

Sometimes I lead, sometimes I follow - and I've always followed your posts! I'm very sorry the islands will be losing you, I suppose I missed that whole thread a while back....congrats on your new arrival and another chapter in your book of life you get to write. For my personal info, in case I missed something else, how are you taking Rover home/Texas/wherever this time of year?

Will surely miss all the great folks on the board/islands.
Becky, the pooch is already in the States. It took a big ol' crate and some coordination, but we got him up there! If anyone has questions about moving a big dog off the islands in the summer heat, feel free to PM me.
STT Res, thanks for all your kindness and hospitality.
Ed, the biz will continue to run as normal- that's the beauty of the internet! 😉
As most of you know, my in-laws (lots of 'em!) live here, so we'll defo be back with the new addition...probably when it's cold, real cold in the States! 🙂
