My wife and I are coming down to the USVI's first week in August to look at income property, specifically small hotels. Does anyone know of any for sale that you would recommend we look at? We would be interested in hearing about all three islands. Also, is there a real estate broker that deals with commercial properties that you can recommend?

Hi Ron. Presently there are three that are for sale. The three are Danish Chalet, Island View and Miller Manor. What are you looking for? I have two, and you know anything is for sale at a price! Email me for realtor suggestions!

Thanks for the response. We are basically looking for a small hotel, preferably with a restaurant and bar, on any of the three main islands. Let us know if you have any other helpful info.

I havent heard of anything for sale on STJ but maybe I am not in the loop. On STJ, there arent many hotels(if any??), mostly villas and restaurants seperated. There a few resorts with restaurants and usually the restaurants are contracted out to another person or company to be run independently.
