LOOKING FOR A WOODEN FLOOR
A dance instructor friend of mine from NYC who began her studies under (Bernice Johnson School of Dance) is looking for a room with a wooden floor to teach tap/ballet/modern dance and more to young children ages 2-12. She is currently teaching at a local private after school program but because of the inquiries of parents outside of the school she would like to open her classes for other students. She needs a wooden floor. I thought I run this by the Message Board members.
SITE NOTE: Bernice Johnson produced many professional choreograhers. One in particular was Michael Peters who choreographed the Thriller and Beat It videos of the 80's
What island? More details- does she want to rent the space? Own it? Share with others? WHat are her requirements?
If she's looking on STT, check the MCM Center at Antilles School.
Thank you Loyal reader and North Side. We are talking about STX. I just tried to call her to get the details. However I think I could speak for her for the time being. I believe should first prefer to attach herself to another program, if that is not a possibility, then she would consider renting. What would also be nice if she could get a sponsor/partner from an organization/company/ interest group. She is open to various avenues, options, and possibities.
