*My son would like to attend UVI and we would like to visit. Where should we stay? He will most likely not be offered on campus housing. Where should he look for housing?

Where are you from? My son is interested in attending UVI also and was accepted for fall of 2004, but decided to postpone until next fall semester. Why do you think he will not be offered housing on campus?

Hi, I am 18 and am going to UVI - St. Thomas in the fall. If you are from the mainland they tend to give you a dorm on campus, if your housing information has been turned in on time. If you have any questions just let me know, I leave August 13.

Hello Evie,
If he is attending the St. Thomas campus and you want to be close to the campus you can stay at the Emerald beach Hotel... its not a fancy resort but a nice resort all the same, on the beach, very close to the aiport and to the campus. If being close to the campus is not a factor then you could stay at any of the hotels and pick based on your likes and wants (which you might state so folks can suggest a place based on what you are looking for).
