When is lobster most plentiful here? Hoping around Christmas. Any lobster fisherman I could commision? Thinking I will need about 10. Any suggestions?

LOL. There are a lot of scuba instructors, dive masters etc. on island that might be interested in snaring some for you for extra income.

what are the months? is that 10 people in one boat and 10 lobsters per person?

There is no lobster season. You can take year round. There is no quantity limit in Territorial waters.Minimum size 3.5 inch carapace. Must landed whole. No harvest of females with eggs. No spearfishing, hooks or gigs or use of chemicals. All of this info is available on line.
