Are there places around St. Croix that allow people to live aboard their sailboats?

There are many people who live aboard sailboats. Some have moorings in the Christiansted harbor, others live aboard in Green Cay marina.

Green Cay has nice facilities, boater lounge, showers, laundry and access to resort. pool. I'm not a liveabord but my boat is there. Many friends of mine do live there, 340 718 1465

Also Salt River has live-aboards. I don't know if St. Croix Yacht Club does.
