Couldn't help but to post, I'm with Leo's. We're new to the Caribbean. Its called Leo's World Famous Chicken n Fish and this is our first Caribbean expansion. Our target opening date was 12/15, but based on unforseen logistical challenges it has been pushed back until 12/21.

Our deals go like this:

Chicken Deals start at $4.99
That's 3 tenders and world famous waffle fries.
5 naked tenders for $4.49.

Fish Deals start at $4.99
That's 2pc fish filet, world famous waffle fries, slaw, puppies
spicy or original.

50 cent world famous wings. 10 different flavors, gotta caribbean jerk that'll knock your socks off..
bone in or bone out wings.

Waffles for breakfast, etc.

Is this fried chicken, grilled, roasted?

Do you have a website with your menu?

its freshly fried chicken. fried to order. all the chicken is fresh! never frozen. we don't sell chicken parts (like legs and thighs), just premium white meat chicken tenders. 6 of 10 of our wings have won awards. we're introducing a new wing just for the caribbean, which is the caribbean jerk chicken wing. bigger wings for the lowest price on the island, even lower than in puerto rico. They are 50cents flat. 20pc 9.99.

the sides are straight forward. 1/4 pound of waffle fries cost $2. hush puppies (25cents), coleslaw, rice and beans (which is new to our menu) cost $2.

we also sell chicken salads for $5. 10 different dressings most of which have won awards.

i meant to say above that the wings are 50cents flat, and in 10 unit denominations, so you can essentially order 10 big wings for $4.99. also that comes with your choice of two different flavors (from a total of 10 different flavors, like buffalo, honey bbq, spicy bbq, lemon pepper, garlic parm, jerk, etc etc.)

not at liberty (the company is tight lipped on expansion plans), but i can say st. thomas was evaluated first as a test market, before the churchs chicken (where leo's is now) was purchased.

Thanks stx2020, we look forward to providing quality products at great prices. Chef Leo was first here 40 years ago and he had been very fond of it ever since, so thats the main reason the company chose to expand into the Caribbean, specifically to St. Croix.

alright. funny that Elf clip, love that movie.

Lori at Blue Water is the king of Chicken on STX.> Yes I worked and will probably always work for her, but her chicken is awesome.

Living closer and still kind of eating meat, I'm sure I'll try it.

Sure. Its a golden fried whiting filet. It comes in an original or spicy (the heat level is about a 6, so the flavors are not overtaken by the heat). On the fish side of the house we've got golden hush puppies and a quarter or half pound of cole slaw.

Leo's is the type of fast casual restaurant that you can feed yourself for $5-7, the two of you for $9-11 and the whole family for $15-20.
