STX Feeder 10 went down at 4:00 AM. From what I could see the problem was a broken HV conductor. Service was restored a few minutes after 6:00 AM. Thanks guys! Be safe. (tu)

Hmmm. We are on feeder 10 and still don't have power. Haven't been able to get through to wapa to report it either.

Heard a boom about 6:45 am and power is off in Cotton Valley. Can't get through to Wapa either.
