Does anyone know who now owns the Kmart stores in Puerto Rico and the USVI?

The parent company recently sold them to someone, but, no one seems to know who.

Inquiring minds want to know...

Hopefully walmart. They are set up for distribution in PR. But who knows. On the Transformco website (parent company now), is still showing that they own them.
