Hey VI fam!

Just moved to STJ and looking to have new flooring installed (wood-like tile) and possibly a kitchen / bath remodel....

Anyone have any experience here or know of anyone who can help?

At very least we need someone to come in and clean our tiles that we have now as the grout is very dirty.
