Anyone aware of cardio kickboxing classes being offered on STX? The exercise kind, not the "training to do cage fighting" kind.

Hi Bernie,
My wife, at 53 yo (don't tell her I told her age...) started kick boxing a few years ago... she loves it. She keeps finding more and more people (women and men) getting into it. Sorry... we're in northern Virginia... but, maybe it will get popular in the VI.
