Wapa will turn off your electricity even if you are a few dollars shy of your entire electric bill. We were in the states for 6 weeks and pay all our bills online. Our last Wapa bill was in the 300 range so while we were in the states we payed 500 on line. Today Wapa came out to disconnect us. Lucky for us I was home and outside. Our bill was 549 and some change so they were going to cut us off.

Almost there Bombi. We are up and running but need to add more batteries and a few more panels. We also have the well in. Just got to run electric to the pump.

There are 3 of us living in the house. During this billing cycle we hosted 2 student teachers who ran the AC every night which is the reason for the higher bill. Electricity is extremely high here. We just installed solar which will help a great deal.
