Jack of all trades, master of some!
I am plannig a move to STT in the fall, hopefully I can find some good info before then. I am planning to find a job before leaving the States and live on my 35ft sailboat when I land. I have various careers (don't know what I want to be when I grow up) I am a Certified Surgical Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Open Water Scuba Instructor, and have my B.S. in Health Sciences with a minor in Management. My questions are many, what would I need to earn annually to live comfortably on my boat? What would be the least expensive way to do this (docking, mooring etc.)? What would be my best source for finding a job before my move? Last but still very important, I am now living in Cuba and the nightlife is CRAAAZY, how would STT compare for a single man in his mid thirties?
I'm pretty sure there were some threads on this even within the last month. Try doing a Search or just go back up to 5 pages. 🙂
Scott,
I am curious. If you are not a U.S. citizen (since U.S. citizens can not live in Cuba), do you have a green card to work in the U.S.V.I.?
Teresa
I wondered the same thing.
