when is the next passing?? i sat outside last night from seven p.m. on looking at sky. have sore neck today. lol

Unfortunately, the ISS doesn't pass over the same area night after night, because, as the earth rotates 15 degrees per hour, it "shifts" the orbitital tracking of the ISS.
As soon as I get the schedule, I'll post them.
A quick check: It looks like there won't be any sightings over the VIs at least up to May 13th; I'm not sure after that date, but I'll update.
