Is there any private golf clubs on the islands?

On St. Croix all three are privately owned, it that's what you mean. However, if you've got the greens fees, you can play.

Hello,
There are four golf courses in the USVI. 3 on St. Croix; 2 at resorts and 1 at a condo area; and 1 on St. Thomas at a condo area.
