thanks, the cable came back on about an hour later. hubby called at 4:58, they close at 5:00 of course no one was there except the people who take calls. she took his name and address. never called back to let us know anything. came back on shortly after. our neighbor let us know when it was back on.

Interesting. I have a house on Water Island and was researching "TV Programming" providers (whether they be satellite, microwave or terrestrial) that offer service in our area. I called the published number for Innovative customer service. I landed in the VRU. Pressed 2. And the message said "Operator not available" and the phone disconnected. I tried this several times thinking it was a fluke. Was never able to get thru. And this was in mid-afternoon yesterday - a business day. NOT lunchtime. I don't think that Innovative serves our area for TV programming anyway but I wanted to check. We cancelled our Innovative landlinein 2011 vbecause it ALWAYS had a loud buzzing sound so much you could barely hear the person on the other end and even when the technician came out to fix....the problem was never resolved. That coupled with their customer service line not working..........even if they offer the service in our area, I would never buy from them unless or until there are drastic changes in the ownership/leadership/the way that company manages their assets.
