After calling Innovative again and threatening to discontinue my 4 business lines and run my business from ATT cell phones, a knowledgeable service guy came out on Tuesday. He agreed that the problem A) had nothing to do with our equipment, B) was a well known issue with old wiring at the Central Office, and C) affected several other businesses in the area.
The only solution, he advised, was to switch me over to EVO. Amazingly, he was back yesterday with his EVO equipment, ran new lines into the building and hooked everything up. By 3 pm the job was done and everything is now working as it should.
It still irritates me that I had to call four times and finally threaten to cut them off completely before any real action was taken. But laid is played and as long as it works for now, I'm happy.

How so? I've had it for quite some time and am well content with it.
As long as it works, I'm happy. The technician did show what to do when the battery inevitably fails so I think I'm prepared.
Too bad Innovative didn't act faster on my complaints...I returned my office cable box last week when I was pissed off. But the new Amazon Fire TV box works so much better.
