Innovative Internet nightmare
It's gets to a point where it isn't humorous any more!
We have been trying to get our 5 street lights fixed since Oct. 2008. After dozens of calls, emails and meetings with WAPA, still no lights. They even sent over the head from STT to discuss/resolve the issue. Still no lights! Cassandra Dunn can't even get it done. We have heard every lie in the book regarding the lights.....and we continue to get a bill from WAPA every month for them.
They just put up a number of new poles where we live and one of them has a huge tree leaning up against it. They just jammed the pole into the ground and pushed it up into the tree.even though there was a tree cutting service just down the road that could have cut it down. Too much trouble, mon.
Oh, I will say, after the protests, Innovative said they were hiring some local workers to assist on the crews. You know what they hired them for? To direct traffic. They stood there with the "stop" signs.
And you know these were the "imported" workers because they were Hispanic? 😀
No OldTart, because I've hung out and talked with them. Sheesh. Don't project on me.
No worries, I've nothing at all to "project". Just the facts, m'aam! 😀
Ironically when this problem first began I did email the CEO. He said he'd look into it and get back to me.
Still waiting on his reply- I hope 3 months is enough time, I don't wanna be pushy, chuppssssss 🙂
When you didn't hear anything back at all after a week or so did you even consider sending a followup asking if your email was received?
The issue was independently fixed within 2 weeks of me emailing him. I wasn't going to badger him before that time, and no sense following up regarding a resolved issue (didn't want to waste his time).
