INNOVATIVE ACCOUNT ACCESS
I set up an account with Innovative a long time ago to auto pay my monthly bill.
My credit card number changed and I wanted to edit my account, and I can't access it.
I also tried the pay on line link and it is also broken. Anyone else have this problem? It has been this way since last week.
I did send them an e-mail through their CONTACT US page so let's see if that gets any response.
Why don't you just call them? I spent a while on the ';phone with them this morning about a glitch and easily got through to a rep. Had to go down there to get the glitch finally sorted out but I was going there anyway to pay my bill - it was an easy in and out!
Calling is the last resort. I would expect that a company that is heavy on technology that claims to have the best internet service on island would have a working web page. :S

I think that they can do better than that. Going in person is not an option.

The "while" on the 'phone was actually on my side as I had a lot of questions which weren't completely in their purview but the rep sought the answers for me! I got everything basically sorted out on the 'phone but the glitch DID require me to see someone in the office - which I fully understood - and the end result was well worth it as they credited me very generously when they didn't have to do anything.
One should never have to go into an office to pay a utility bill...so 80's.

Thats okay for sure OT...I'm just not into waiting in lines anymore.
Innovative just called me back, it took 2 minutes to get everything straightened out.
