I've been having some issues with Innovative (STT) the last ten days. It seems that when I come home in the afternoon, all channels above 21 are out, "channel not available", anybody else having this problem? The channels come back at around 8:00 PM.
Are they trying something new?? Going digital?? Is this going to be worked out?
Anyway, I would have called Innovative for an answer, but I figured I could find the answer here easier and probably more accurate 🙂

I wondered the same thing. And a lot of times the picture cuts out for a second or two.

Innovative already has Digital service in STT i don't have it personally because i have all my services with Choice but i have a regular telephone line of innovative for my fax. I get mail every week from innovative offering their digital service of cable tv. As you know they probably have it because by FEB 2009 in the US including VI and Puerto rico all tv signal must be digital?????? Now i understand that Innovative does not have HD YET!

Yes you are right but i have Dish and i do have channels in HD. I only have choice for internet and VOIP phone .

I have same problem on cable tv. Called Innovative last night and they said they have been "digitizing" for the last two weeks. We asked when they would be done and they said they didn't know.

HD is only available on Dishnetwork. It requires more than one dish.

Are you still having problems with Innovative cable? I usually get home around 4 - 5 and want to watch news. CNN says temporarily unavailable. Called several times and get a different answer every time. Yesterday they said they would send someone out to check the line.

Innovative is coming out tomorrow afternoon. I'll let you know what they say. Yesterday 7/15 was the first time I didn't have the problem in a few weeks.

It started again this AM. I can always tell when the regular cable channels are off if the CBS, NBC & ABC channels have a lot of snow. Very weird and annoying.
