I am moving to St. Croix within the next 2 weeks and is in need of a clean, well maintained completely furnished l bedroom apartment. I would hope that all utilities would be included. I am willing to pay $700. Very quiet person, in addition to working full time, I will be spending some of my evenings at UVI.

completely furnished - 1 bedroom - utilities included - dog friendly - $700 - You probably should ask for A/C too if you are leaving the dog home all day and some nights and a washer/dryer and a 10 year lease!
