Joe Aubain, Executive Director of The St. Thomas Chamber of Commerce and current President of the Humane Society of St. Thomas was named the July 20th honoree of the national Points of Light Foundation, the first Virgin Islander ever to receive this prestigious award. Joseph, as he was commonly called back then, was a classmate of mine at St. Peter & Paul High School. We graduated in 1976.
