How is Sprint service on STX after the storm?

I haven't had service since Monday either. I did have about 10 minutes of service yesterday and another 10 minutes this morning.

If you have a land line, call them at their toll free number 866.866.7509 and they will issue you a credit. They told me they would give me a $25 credit on my next bill. They also told me that roaming is included in my plan, but I am pretty sure that roaming down here most likely connects to international in the BVI. They told me to call their International Dept at 888.226.7212 to be sure, but I haven't done so yet.

Service has been pretty bad on Sprint since the lightening storm about a month ago. Just when it started getting back to its bad but normal self Early has knocked back down again.

Sprint, ATT, they both have terrible service in any areas but the towns. Love it when you get a call and 'freeze' in that position so as not to lose it.

I called Sprint yesterday and was told that most of the towers were down & they are trying their best to get them back up. I received a $30 credit. Today, I am able to browse the internet but I can't make or receive phone calls.

we got a $45 credit after calling them on roam which for us is free however with the Sprint Air Card it is not free and we were charge a lot but got some taken out also. It seems that the generator at the tower near town went bad and also there was no WAPA power. All is fixed now.

I am still having problems....connecting to the Princess tower above Csted.
Is anyone having normal service from Sprint in the VI (is it just the Princess tower having problems?)

I live near Princess and my Sprint service is back to normal -- has been since yesterday. I wonder why I only got a $25 credit and others got $35 or $45?
