We are looking for a 2-3 bdrm home to rent beginning 12/1/08 on St. John or the Red Hook area of St. Thomas. Interested in a 1 year lease while we are looking to find a lot and begin building on St. John.
I have accepted a job working for local property mgmt company doing home & pool maintenance & repairs. Now the tough job is finding a home. I am open to all ideas / suggestions. Thanks for your ideas / input!!

Did you check out the Classified here on this site? Click on Forum List. Not a good idea to rent sight unseen though. December starts the high season here so good luck!

Place your ad on the classified forum, you'll get more hits!!
And do not rent sight unseen................been there & done that.....................it was hell & the landlord was a drunkin wife beater!!!!
Get pictures & visit the area before signing the dotted line.

Contact mary pat at connections st john. she will email you a list of rentals. i use them for everything about st john. they helped me find a studio cheap! 340-776-6922
