Hi, I am thinking of moving to stt, and am pregnant right now. I want to know how the hospitals are. If anyone has had a baby on the island before please write me and let me know how it was.

There is only one hospital on St Thomas. You can check out the website: www.rlshospital.org. They bring a lot of babies into the world every year there, probably the busiest unit!
