All over the Caribbean, Venezuela and other countries have bought refineries and storage facilities and made a real mess of the local environments, all for the sake of profit, while raising gasoline prices to astoundingly high levels- while transporting the same gas to Venezuela for next to nothing sale prices....
No, I hope and pray that the executive and legislative branches don't fall asleep at the switch on this one and give away the store, rumors abound...
