Help!!
I have recently purchased a condo. in St Thomas.
I need referrals for a good:
1) Plumber
2) Electrician
3) Tile Person
4) Cabinet Repair Person
5) Painter
6) Good cleaning crew
Any numbers and names are appreciated. Also, any referrals for general contractors in STT as well.

You might contact your property manager or association board and find out if there have been any recent redos and if the owner was pleased with the work. The association doesn't do plumbing and electric? JPK Construction does a lot of contracting, but they are also very busy. It does seem like the good companies are busy with big projects. I think someone could make a good living specializing in condo renovations.

No, not a maid service.
The condo. is need of a heavy duty cleaning (inside appliances, etc...)
A maid service would be inefficient
Like a commercial strenght cleaaner!!

This firm is a Professional Engineering firm with an office in Red Hook.
They do custom homes as well as resort properties. (Ritz Carlton, etc). Should be able to give you an idea of local trade contractors- and condition assessments, too.

ALL Construction, Andy Heath, 340-643-4051, does most of that...except for painting, which Wally is the best at, and cleaning...

Bill Tynan - He has done miracles to my house in STT and is very fair and very detail orinentated, knows his stuff, 22 yr resident, licensed and bonded, tell him Ken sent you. He just started yet another new project on my house, and also does condos.
