Help! Barking Dogs

One consideration would be to find a new place to live. I know moving is a major pain but..... Should be lots of rentals coming available that would love to have you and your husband as tenants. Just sayin...... No reason to be at war with the neighbors and deal with that. Now that the police have shown up I'm sure the neighbor is thoroughly pissed!
