Hello Hello Hello!
What a long strange trip it's been...I have been pretty much MIA since just after the storms due to some fairly messed up turns of events in my life. I hope this finds everyone well, recovered or recovering from any damages, and in good health and spirits!
coupla things: I am looking for a good HVAC tech on STT...fed up with the guy we've been using and need some advise/servicing/possible new unit or zoned system.
Secondly, we were blessed to have the project manager for the K-Mart rebuild rent our place since October, just after the storms. He is scheduled to vacate our condo at Cowpet West at the end of June and I'm just putting the word out that the condo will be available from mid-July (I left the island on 9/5 and haven't been back since, so I plan on going down for at least a week once my tenant leaves). This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, DIRECT waterfront, steps to beach. $3500/mo. If you have any leads, PM me!!

Pammergo, I may very well be interested and am gonna be in STT 15-30 May on a mission to find a place to rent starting 1 July, may be just want we’re each looking for.
