You forgot to mention that wiki information comes under possible explanation for alleged black helicopters. Your picture is a DEA Helicopter not military. Military helicopters might appear to be black, but my experience and knowledge being assigned to the 1st Cav for a five year tour, we never had a black helicopter. We flew in Black helicopters owned and operated by the CIA on certain missions. If you can show me a photo of a black military helicopter I'll concede. Don't use your crayons I'll catch it.

Look again at the picture, It's not black. the only thing Black is it's name. It might appear to you and others that's it's black, I can assure you it's not. If you look at it ,it's obviously not black.

The black helicopters flying over STX were DEA. They are based in Puerto Rico at BQN.

Plus, just because the feds have $$$ for drug interdiction, that doesn't mean that money could be redirected to the USVI be used for anything else. Me, I'm always glad to see law enforcement doing SOMETHING.

I'm much more concerned about drunk drivers, thugs with guns, or boats full of cocaine unloading onto STX. Who cares if people grow pot? Guess the law enforcement needs to look busy every once in a while.

There not looking for the small grower. There looking for the bad guys that grow ALOT to distribute. These guys are usuallly mixed up in selling harder stuff and guns.
