Our tax dollars are going to China next week with Mapp and who knows who else, in his entourage, all traveling First Class, all the way, no doubt.

Mr Mapp is probably going to chat up Sinopec's management to see if, once they start work on the refinery, they'll give him a helicopter to buzz around in to make up for the disappointment of not getting the ceremonial limousines.
