I'd love to see some evidence that anybody in VI government is ""very sensitive to the fact that many Virgin Islanders are in need of health insurance," and is working aggressively to find a health insurance company that will offer individual health insurance plans to V.I. residents. "

I have heard the rep from Blue Cross Blue Shield say several times that his company has been working on it. I don't think they can make premiums affordable without subsidies, though.

I'll stick with my Cigna Global expat insurance. I highly doubt that thy are licensed here either but I doubt they care what the Lt. Governor thinks.
