Hi everyone.
My move date to STT is September 30th. Most hotels, villas, condos, etc. don't seem to have strict cancellation policies. However, I did find one that requires a 90 day notice or I loose my deposit of a large sum of money.
My questions:
At this time of year, does this seem out of the ordinary?
Am I trying to book too soon for the low season?
We all know that ANYTHING could happen within 90 days, and I am feeling a bit nervous about booking something like this but don't want to miss a great opportunity. Any information would be much appreciated.

The hotel I work at has a 7 day cancellation for that time of year. It makes sense that villas are longer, it's harder to replace a guest at a villa, but 90 days does seem a little long.

Since it's the peak of 'cane season, they probably wanna get your $$ in their hot little hands and hold on for dear life! I may have another option for you, I'll send an e-mail...
