Hardwood Flooring on STX

Any recommendations for someone to install hardwood flooring on STX. This would be removing wall to wall carpeting in an upstairs bedroom and replacing it with hardwood flooring. The floor under the carpet is unfinished wood, not concrete.

You didn't ask but I'd be concerned that hardwood floors would warp from all the humidity. Of course if you keep the rooms air-conditioned that wouldn't be too much of a problem (only costly due to using lots of electricity).

I agree that warping could be a potential problem with some types of laminate flooring but I was thinking tongue and groove flooring nailed in place. The upstairs flooring in my house is tongue and groove cypress that was installed when the house was remodeled after Hugo and has no warping, and that is with no AC and plenty of humidity. The house in question is not my house but one that my wife manages and the owners are the ones who have asked to have the work done.
