Hair Stylist on STX?

Quick question,
I am on STX for the next couple of weeks. Can anyone recommend a good hair stylist that it would be possible to get an appt. with in that time frame (left home frazzled and didn't take time to get the mop chopped). Also a manicure would be nice. I am in the Christiansted area.
By the way, after reading many of the posts on this site, I was kind of bracing myself for some unpleasant interaction with the locals. I forgot a very important factor - I like people and it shows, We have been here for about three days this time, and have been treated with nothing but good humor and friendliness. I know I am in the vacation mode and that makes a difference, but basically for the most part, people treat you as you treat them. This island has it's own way of doing things, understand that and you will be fine. If you want things to be done as they are at home, stay there and everyone will be happy. Just my thoughts at this time.
