The legislature has for the second time rejected all but one of Mapp's cabinet nominees solely because of the salary increases they were given over their predecessors.
That's good news for a change and hopefully demonstrates a shift in the right direction.

Now, this is an entity that should be disbanded.
"The issue of bad loans exploded onto the public scene when the Inspector General audit noted that the EDA's 2010 loan portfolio had a delinquency rate of 84.5 percent and that loan recipients had failed to pay back about $8.5 million."
