Another abuse of power. Meanwhile his administration fails to draw down a single dollar of Medicaid money in two fiscal years. The press is mum especially the Source which appears to be his propaganda machine. Ad we cannot forget that the US Inspector General investigated his "improper removal of $490,000.00 of public funds" to upgrade his private residence.
